APPLICABLE LAW: Dreamy Delights by Sidra is a café based in United Arab Emirates. This site is maintained and managed in UAE. The laws of UAE govern the use of this site and the terms of use. Any disputes arising shall be resolved adhering to the laws of UAE. Dreamy Delights by Sidra Café will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
CURRENCY: All prices mentioned on the website are in AED, currency of UAE and will be converted and charged in the same currency regardless of the payment method you use. The receipt printed will also be displaying the currency in Dirhams. Dreamy Delights by Sidra accepts payments by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in Dirhams for all its products. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. When you register your account to make a purchase, make sure to keep your password secure and do not share your login details with anyone. Dreamy Delights by Sidra does not store any of your personal and payment information.
PRICING: The Management reserves the right to periodically review our prices, charges and fees and implements them accordingly.
AGE ELIGIBILITY: All contents of the website are available for users of any age to browse through, however to make purchases you must be age eligible above 18 years and holding a debit/credit card to register transaction.Make sure you enter the correct date while registering to purchase a product.
CANCELLATION & REFUND: At the time of booking through website a full payment needs to be done. In case of cancellation customer needs to inform us 48 hours prior to cancelling. In that case we will refund the amount to there account within 5-10 working days. In case of same day cancellation i.e. cancellation 24 hours prior to order delivery date, no amount shall be refunded.
If the product is found to be damaged or having any problem, please notify Dreamy Delights by Sidra Café immediately before leaving the store with the product or once it reaches your home. We will try our best to fix the issue or refund the amount in the form of a credit note. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
COPYRIGHTS: All pictures uploaded on the site are the property of Dreamy Delights by Sidra Café. Visitors are only allowed to view images or save them for personal reference. Republishing them and duplicating them for any other purpose is unauthorized. All content on this site is owned by us and cannot be reshaped with modified contents. Also the product may vary slightly in terms of color or packaging than what is shown in the images. This may be due to change in lighting or picture quality. However we try to post data as close to the original product as possible. We may change the content, pictures, policies and pricing as per need of the company. We try to maintain consistency but depending on changing business environment, terms and conditions can be modified without prior notice.
DELIVERY: Currently we are not providing any delivery services. However, on customer request we do partner with delivery vendors to transport your purchases. Dreamy Delights by Sidra is only responsible till the product leaves our premises. Any mishandling on the part of the third party vendor or customer is not our responsibility.
PRIVACY POLICY: We fully regard our customer privacy and confidentiality. We only hold information relating to your personal details as long as it is required by law or is relevant for the transaction. All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. We may change the Website Policies and Terms & Conditions or update them occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
You may see some Advertisements on the site that have not been placed by us. They are selected and delivered by third parties such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers.
